Step 1: Initial screening

We review profiles initially to handpick good developers. We also have a rigorous vetting process to maximize quality

Step 2: Skill review

A rigorous skill review checks how well-versed the candidates are in the skill they are applying for. We have review assessments for 100+ skills.

Step 3: Technical interviews

Candidates go through to a live technical interview with interview engineers, The interview recordings are made available for your review if needed.

Step 4: Domain-specific test-projects

Candidates are assessed through project-based assessments and paired coding interviews. These assessments are crafted to be domain-specific, for better specialization of candidates towards appropriate jobs.
